1. 系統(tǒng)概要
從技術(shù)方面介紹 Oracle Applications R12的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，包括桌面系統(tǒng)，應用層，以及后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。
從業(yè)務方面介紹系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，包括產(chǎn)品系列，end-to-end 的全球性的解決方案，以及shared entity。

2. 安裝
安裝前任務。
使用快速安裝進行單節(jié)點安裝，中文包安裝，雙節(jié)點安裝（數(shù)據(jù)庫節(jié)點及應用層節(jié)點）。
安裝后任務。

3. 系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)介紹
桌面系統(tǒng)
應用層 ( Apache, Forms, Reports, Admin, Concurrent Manager, Discoverer)
應用技術(shù)( AD, FND, AK , AU , WF etc)

介紹簡單的系統(tǒng)管理知識，例如運行狀態(tài)檢查，啟動及停止及系統(tǒng)配置。

介紹如何自己寫一個客戶化應用聯(lián)入（integrate）到 Oracle application。
